Not probabaly but 100 % confirmed that i have never been a donor.
So that means you know nothing about how IV works, no point in arguing about something you don't know anything about. You can rather spend time on figuring how cows fly.
Its quite strange and selfish that you couldn't even think of sparing $25 for an organization working for immigrants in 4 years. Many of our senior members are in EB3.
Now my questions is why do big companies in USA donate to any party. They do that because they believe that when that party come to power the goverment will be positive towards that specific business.
Nobody is selling anything to you. This is not a political party. If you can't support IV, its only you who is going to be the loser, no one else.

Guys, I still don't understand those who keep complaining and complaining about "unfairness" of the system. I feel you, those who are stuck somewhere... and I'm happy for those who can apply, even those who came in 2007. So what? Wishing bad for others is a bad karma... (I started getting into buddist things lately).
And about fairness.. Is it fair that some people are coming here by just winning the lottery? I'm working with one guy from Ukraine, he came several months ago, sitting with his GC next to me, looking at me having NO IDEA what i'm talking about. Is it fair? No.

You know how to get your documents through asylum? - Simple: just come up with a story (be gay, anti-communist, jehova-witness, whatever...), then you have ONE interview with officer and THAT'S IT!!! Right now we only have some 120 people committed. That is really a shame!!. Then we find a few (5 or less people) asking what is IV doing with the funds?. What funds?

I have failed to see where IV has been showing discrimination or bias towards Eb2 versus Eb3?
Not taking up a specific Eb-3 cause does not tantamount of neglecting Eb-3. Has IV done something in past 'proactively' for only a certain category of Eb? If not, then how can we accuse IV of ditching Eb3, at the same time?

I choose to see things this way for me. I just started an active life style, not too long ago.

My question is what will the attorneys and para legals do in the US, if they don't find sufficient cases to sustain their operation? What they studied here is not portable for other countries like software.

In theory, it is a wonderful question but in practically answer depends upon with which country you are refering the situation. In India, THE dog from USA

And practically I am seriously doubting the real standard of US Higher degree certification based on teh experiences so far what I have achieved working here many years. It is our problem that we take this shit to enroll in US based degree programs though you are a degree holder from India. This at least seems to be true for computer/electronics engineering related courses. It may not be true for all other courses. More or less I am beliver of the thought that this whole US education system at least for engineering and management runs on the basis of slave mentality of Indian and Chinese people. Perhaps it might be very good and of high standard 20 years back with comparision to educational systems in India/China then but now I have serious doubts.

Subkamnaa & Congrats friend. My PD is earlier than urs - Oct 05 . No LUD on mine. What is the July fiasco .
My PD is already current as of now. But there is no movement on my appl - but its just few days past its current status. I am on EB2 with PD of Oct 05 and Serv Center is NE where I got Labor and 140 approved.
Now I am no longer in that state because my project got over in NE. I am working in CA since 08 and filed 485 from CA .
Is there something that if I am in CA a different state from where I initially filed labor - it can cause RFE.
Quite honestly, I do not know the implications of filing 485 in CA when ur labor is from midwest. May be gurus in this forum might help you on this...

It might have been answered before elsewhere, but I'm wondering about the logic on how the spillover visas are allocated. Would have been nice if the spillover visas are allocated to oversubscribed countries instead of categories, this way 10k spillover visas that EB2-I is getting now will be distributed equally between EB2 and EB3 ... I believe that's one thing IV is going to or has taken up.
Looks like parents did a good job of taking both the sick kids to hospital, but the doctor treated only one kid saying that the second untreated kid is not good as the one getting the treatment :D ... if the 2nd kid survives thru the period of time the 1st kid recovers without any treatment, then the 2nd kid will get the treatment.

Is there any thing we can do to save IV forums, from all these so called smart people.
Simly these guys want to derail the whole discussion either it is EB3 push or visa capture or any kind of fruitful discussion.
I know it is difficult to stop creating and screening ids, atleast can you delete some unrelated postings and make sure that there is some healthy discussion continues and people like me wont stop visiting IV.

Same here, Iam Dec 2005 and still waiting ..........
I have been looking at number and the IV forum and there are very handful number of cases with December 2005 that have been touched.
I think we need to cheer up and be optimistic in addition to creating SR, senator route and infopass. I have a feeling that all the October, Nov and December cases might be in a single lump of files and we will get it in the next week or so.

1. Do you plan to buy stocks directly from the companies or use a broker like TdAmeritrade, Charles Swab etc.,
I use a couple of brokers TDM, SOGOTRADE and Scottrade. All have their own benefits , But to buy and sell I use TDM/SOGO . Lot of good info/charts/filters etc on Scott and TDM
2. Is there going to be one trading style like you mentioned about Pattern Day Trading.
There are n number of trading styles , we can discuss afew and you can choose what suits you best
3. Is there a plan to conduct some series of tutorials or sort and practice at our own risk without supervision
I strongly recommend reading and rereading as much as you can about basic fundamentals of trading in general ........Ask tons of questions and evaluate answers.
